One month integrated diet

OBJECTIVE of this diet – to change your nutrition habit! It does not makes you bored and has varied components.
It is prohibited: salt, alcohol, sugar, chocolate, flour, mayonnaise.
All is for eating raw or boiled.

STEP 1. Duration 5 days

What to eat:
Beans, semolina, rice, pearl barley, potatoes, buckwheat, tomato juice, peanuts, peas, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, walnuts, corn, hazelnuts, sunflower oil, coconut, millet, oats, corn oil, lentils, vegetable oil refined, boiled water

STEP 2. Duration 5 days

What to eat:
Tomatoes, cabbage, Bulgarian pepper, cucumber, radish, onion, garlic, any greens, radish, vegetable oils, beet, zucchini, pumpkin, boiled water

STEP 3. Duration 5 days

What to eat:
Bananas, kiwi, plums, grapes, peaches, pears, apricots, apples, fruit juices, mineral water, pineapple guava, cherry, cherry, mulberry, boiled water

STEP 4. Duration 3 days

What to eat:
Dried bananas, dried apricots, prunes, figs, dates, raisins, mineral water, bottled water

STEP 5. Duration 3 days

What to eat:
Honey yellow-orange with a thick crystals, boiled water

Of food should, dividing it evenly on 5 receptions. Example for 1 time to eat 1 potato and drink 100 ml of kefir.
Of course one should drink water and eat no salt, but I think that diet is not hard!
