7. Walk around when you are talking on the phone, a step is a step. A few of you already do this and we don’t even realize it.
8. Do a few simple exercises during television commercials. You are not watching most of them anyway. Any exercise that can get your heart rate to go up is the best way to lose a few pounds.
9. Yard work is also a good way to get a little exercise. Again, you will be achieving two things at once.
